From humble beginnings working on a farm in Oregon to serving in the United States Air Force, David brings a rock-solid worth ethic and sense of integrity to everything he does — especially his role as Owner of Avenue Title Group. “I earned an Air Force ROTC scholarship to study mathematics and business at the University of Portland in Oregon,” says David. “I knew after my military service that I wanted to go to law school.”

David entered the United States Air Force as a lieutenant in 1994, and he served for more than five years as a personnel and administrative officer. After his service, he joined Pardoe Real Estate as an agent in 1999, and shortly thereafter joined the prestigious Sotheby’s affiliate, Washington Fine Properties. He met Avenue Title Group founder David Jenks in 1997, and began working full time with Avenue Settlement Corporation in 1999 while completing his law degree. He handles transactions in every jurisdiction Avenue is licensed in addition to running all facets of Avenue Title Group’s offices.

“We stand behind our work, 100%,” explains David. “We’re knowledgeable, capable, and we minimize circumstances that would cause serious trouble in the future.” When he isn’t running the show at Avenue, David enjoys making time for friends, travel and fitness, as well as settling into fatherhood.
