Tammy is a Senior Processor with more than 15 years of experience and a passion for creating the perfect settlement. Tammy follows each closing, start to finish, and stands on the front line to ensure the completeness and accuracy of every settlement. Tammy also serves as the condominium conversion coordinator, assisting our attorneys with the review process, drafting necessary documents and establishing effective communication lines with developers, outside vendors and agencies.

Tammy has been with Avenue since 2011, and is a licensed Maryland Title Producer. “A lot of people don’t understand how critical title insurance is,” says Tammy. “It protects you against so much, including issues with prior owners and lenders.”  When she isn’t insuring title, Tammy enjoys classic cars, tropical vacations and good books.
